Let me just say, just because you eat healthily and work out doesn’t necessarily mean you ARE healthy

Being afraid of sugar, a piece of cake, or anything not clean is not “healthy”

Being pissed and anxious and upset and mad at yourself for missing one day of working out is not “healthy”

Your entire life revolving around food, exercising and being healthy is not “healthy”

    Just putting that out there

    DAMN GIRL YOUR NOTES

  • Getting Into Your Exercise Groove

    madsweat:

A series of recent studies involving runners, walkers, metronomes and virtual reality curtains suggests that while the tug of physiological laziness is strong, it can be controlled, or at least tweaked, with some conscious effort — and perhaps your iPhone playlist.

Brimfield PD (Ohio) - This is the new puppy at training today….we don’t think the bullet proof vest fits….just yet

OH MY GOSH

That puppy is all like “I’M READY, LET’S GO! LET’S GET SOME JUSTICE DONE!” (and then probably goes off to chase a butterfly around the training area).

  • Take a deep breath and love yourself for all the hard work it took getting up to this very moment. Never regret one single part of your journey because it all happened for a reason.

  • I feel like I’m floating!! Had an AMAZING day at work, woke up early enough to have a good breakfast, worked out, nice relaxing shower, and got ready not in a rush. Now I’m hanging out waiting for my bus to go home and I feel amazing! My feet are killing me but I feel GOOD! :)
